DEADLINE & TERMS: Registration will be accepted on-site. Payment must accompany the registration. Credit card numbers submitted via online registration will be processed upon receipt. Registration is not complete without payment.

Government and company purchase orders with authorized signature will be accepted and must accompany the registration form. Participants registering by purchase order will be billed for non-attendance unless notification of withdrawal is made by July 28, 2008.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Requests for cancellations in writing must be received at Pacific Rim Concepts by July 28, 2008. Cancellations/Requests for refunds will not be accepted thereafter. Refunds will be mailed. Please allow approximately three to five weeks for processing. A $15 cancellation fee will be assessed on all credit card charges.

PARKING: Complimentary validated parking is available during the conference at the Hawai‘i Convention Center.
